Rock Hill has many, many parks to visit. A morning stroll through Glencairn Garden might set the tone for a relaxing summer day. Or a trip over to Cherry Park might get the kids moving on the playground. No matter where you are in Rock Hill, there’s a park close to you.

When life on the ground gets too hot this summer, take to the trees at Canaan Zipline Canopy Tour. The Full Canopy Tour will take you zipping along nine lines that criss-cross the Catawba River. Museum of York County
Sure school is out for the summer, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still learn a thing or two. The Museum of York County offers a planetarium show, a naturalist center, and an exhibit that details life in the Piedmont region 600 years ago (no Coca-Cola products then!). And running from June through September, the Home Sweet Home exhibit will focus on sustainable practices that the whole family can do, like recycling your Coke cans and bottles.
