November 2019 is upon us, and that means the beginning of holiday events in the Rock Hill area. The Rock Hill Coca-Cola Bottling Company takes great pride in being an active and enthusiastic participant in the life of the area surrounding Rock Hill. Fan Fest
If you’re a Winthrop University Eagles fan, you won’t want to miss Fan Fest on November 2nd at the Winthrop Coliseum. The event begins at 11 a.m. and will include the Garnet and Gold Scrimmage Game, community basketball, food trucks, live music and more.
Clover High School 25th Annual Christmas Craft Show
It’s never too early to start gathering the gear for your Christmas decorations and gift giving! Head over to the Clover High School 25th Annual Christmas Craft Show. This free event at the Clover High School New Gym will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Get Down in Old Town
The Get Down in Old Town Fall Celebration will run from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Old Town Rock Hill. The event will feature art vendors (like Retro Jones…they “lamp” things), food vendors, axe throwing, live music and more.
The Drifters
At 8 p.m. on November 12th, The Drifters will bring their unique sound to the Clover School District Auditorium. These guys have been going strong and consistent for 50 years! Whether they’re “Up on the Roof” or “Under the Boardwalk”, you won’t want to miss The Drifters.
Vernon Grant Debut Day
The annual unveiling of the Vernon Grant ornament and holiday card marks the true beginning of the Christmas season for many Rock Hill residents. This year’s event will take place at the Museum of York County on November 21st from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Catawba Fall Harvest Fest
On November 23rd, the Catawba Cultural Center, Catawba Senior Center, and the Catawba Nation Health & Wellness Department will host the Catawba Fall Harvest Fest. Enjoy Catawba dancing and drumming and traditional lunch plates.
Requiem for the Living
The York County Choral Society and the YCCS Chamber Singers will present Dan Forrest’s Requiem for the Living and other selections at St. John’s Methodist Church in Rock Hill on November 24th. The concert will begin at 4 p.m.
Winter Wonderland Holiday Market
With Thanksgiving successfully behind us, the Winter Wonderland Holiday Market will take place at the Dairy Barn at the Anne Springs Close Greenway on November 30th. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature more than 150 artists and crafters and live music.
