A Lot of Red Clay

Just one year ago, the view from above looked very different. Construction crews were hard at work preparing the site for a major warehouse expansion, transforming what was once a large area of red clay and heavy equipment into the next chapter of our facility’s growth. The photos below capture those early stages and the tremendous progress made throughout 2025.

Vision Becomes Reality

Today, that vision has largely become reality.

Our latest drone footage showcases the nearly completed warehouse expansion, providing an aerial look at the finished exterior, expanded loading and storage areas, and the bright, organized facility that supports our daily operations. The video also highlights the beautifully maintained landscaping that reflects our commitment to being a good neighbor in the Rock Hill community.

This expansion increases our capacity to serve customers more efficiently while creating additional room for future growth. Final work is now underway on a new conference and training room addition, which will provide enhanced space for employee meetings, collaboration, and development.

It’s exciting to see this project coming together after months of planning and construction. We look forward to the opportunities this investment creates as we continue delivering the products and service our customers have trusted for generations.
